RSM Accountability Program - Level 1

Level 1: Financial Foundations & Accountability Level 1 is the starting point of the Right Side of Money program. This tier is designed to help participants gain clarity, rebuild trust with themselves, and establish basic financial stability. Level 1 focuses on awareness, consistency, and control. Participants work through six structured modules covering financial ownership, self-trust, cash flow, budgeting without overwhelm, debt and credit awareness, and building a financial safety net. Each module ends with a required scoreboard. These scoreboards are not about perfection. They are designed to verify honesty, basic execution, and follow-through. Progression is earned by completing actions and demonstrating understanding, not by simply consuming content. Level 1 is ideal for individuals who feel overwhelmed by money, avoid financial conversations, or lack a clear financial system. This tier creates structure without pressure and replaces confusion with clarity. By the end of Tier 1, participants will have visibility into their finances, basic financial discipline, and the foundation needed to advance into deeper accountability and wealth-building strategies in higher tiers. Level 1 installs stability first, so growth becomes possible later.
